Account FAQ

Sign-in lives at build.memberside.app, not at memberside.app. The two are separate origins and your session belongs to the first one, so a bookmark pointing at the marketing site will always show you the signed-out page.

If the address is right and the password still fails:

• Use Forgot password rather than trying variations. It sends a link that works once and expires.
• If you first signed up with Google or GitHub, you may have no password at all. Use the same button you used originally.
• A brand-new account has to confirm its email address before it can open the builder. Check the inbox you registered with, including its spam folder.

Open Account in the builder and edit the email address there. The change takes effect once you confirm it from the message sent to the new address — the old one keeps working until you do, so a typo cannot lock you out.

Billing receipts follow the same address. If you need invoices to go somewhere else, say so on a ticket and we will set a separate billing contact.

Not yet. An account is one person today, and everything under it — apps, connected sites, builds — belongs to that login.

If a team needs to share access, the workable arrangement for now is a single account with the credentials held in a password manager. Per-person access with separate logins and roles is planned, and a ticket asking for it is a useful vote.

Apps you have already published to the App Store or Google Play keep running. They are your listings, signed with your own credentials, and nothing we do removes them.

What stops is the builder: the configuration, the build history and any connected sites are deleted, so a published app can no longer be rebuilt or changed. Export anything you want to keep first, and download any build artefacts you still need — they are removed with the account.

Closing an account does not touch your WordPress site. The plugin can be deactivated whenever you like, and your members, profiles and media stay exactly where they are.
